About us

CorpActions is a conference produced by Capital Markets Events, formed to offer high level events to people within capital markets and the wider institutional investment industry.

Our events bring together key industry figures on podiums, panels and as audience participants with the best-of-breed infrastructure providers, service providers, consultants, legal organisations and vendors to review the topography of the terrain ahead and come up with creative and realistic strategies for successfully navigating the landscape.

We have had over a decade of experience in producing events across three continents and in cities that include London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Madrid, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Cape Town, New York, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.

As a small team with a wide network we have the key ability to move swiftly, consult widely and to create high quality events that are both extremely cost and time effective and enable us to be a central resource for all participants in today’s busy markets.

Our aim is to produce annual events in a limited number of fields that are considered 'must attend ' occasions in the conference calendar.
