The firm focuses on cross border taxation issues including the US qualified intermediary program and operational compliance to anti-tax evasion frameworks such as FATCA, AEoI/CRS, BEPS, DAC6/MDR. Ross is a well known figure in the financial services world. He is and has been a member of several influential international committees including ISO20022 Securities Evaluation Group and the EC Tax Barriers Business Advisory Group. Ross is also a prolific author and contributor to the global tax discourse. He has nine books published on various aspects of tax, technology and regulation in financial services.
