Due to the virtual nature of this year's event, the cost to delegates has fallen through the floor to an effectively nominal rate. This opens up our event further to those who have not been able to attend previously, either through geographical difficulties, resource issues, or both. The conference will also have an 'on demand' element after the event ends, allowing delegates to go back and reprise certain engaging or difficult sessions, sessions missed or even advise colleagues to book and learn from them. Look at it more like a short-term course in ideas towards processing excellence.

5)Delegates will be sent an invoice for payment by bank transfer (via email) although if preferred, we can send you a virtual email to pay by credit card.
