Mr Hermans brings with him a wealth of Securities Services experience covering all aspects of the post-trade value chain with previous tenures at BNY Mellon, Euroclear, Deutsche Bank and performed various consulting work across the industry.  He has held senior operational roles in securities and in particular in asset services at Deutsche Bank, developed the asset servicing activities for an online broker, and was previously involved into regulatory work and market practices discussions with the ECB, the CAJWG, SMPG and other national and international associations.  

He is also an expert in CA standards and CA lifecycle and processes.
