In a career spanning over 30 years, Grant Ramsay joined Nomura Asset Management (NAM) in 2007 and currently heads up the Corporate Actions & Client Reporting departments. His responsibility of day to day operations for Corporate Actions also includes Income Processing & Proxy Voting. Grant has been a key player in major projects, which have included;
- Development of new In-house Corporate Action system,
- Internal Outsource of Income function to Asia, which was the first business unit at NAM to be outsourced.
- Development and launch of new Global Middle Office Processing system
- Bloomberg data migration project from Telekeurs On Client Reporting,

Grant’s remit covers submission of client reporting packs, valuation and NAV generation, reconciliations, client on-boardings, new fund launches, managing custodian transitions and special projects. Prior to Nomura, Grant started his Corporate Actions journey back in 2000 when he worked for custodian RBC Global Services. His career began with RBS in 1990, working in their Registrars Dept in Edinburgh.
