Louise Wotherspoon, Managing Director, is the Global Head of Corporate Actions at State Street. In this role, Louise is responsible for leading the global management team, defining and executing the strategy and core service provision to the custody and middle office clients globally. Prior to her current role, she was a regional head in Custody Services, based in Edinburgh, with responsibility for managing Custody operations in Europe including the self-custody operations performed in Germany and the UK
Louise participates in various steering groups and boards, including Proxymity, the leading digital investor communications platform, to advocate on behalf of our clients to drive industry change within asset servicing.
Prior to joining State Street in 2003, Louise held a variety of senior operational and project management roles within Deutsche Bank and RBS. Louise is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of financial services industry experience.
